Δαίμων (aka Daimon) was a pagan black metal/dungeon synth project

created in mid-late 90s in Athens with a lyrical focus on Hellenic paganism and antiquity.

The band consisted of Paris Matagos (vocals, guitars, bass), Giannis (guitars) and Aris (drums).

Two demos were released in 1999, "Δίκην Βοός Πρός Βωμόν" and "Τριετηρίκου"

both of them focusing in pagan Greek black metal style while their third one, "Hylas And The Nymphs", 

that was released around early 2000 took a different approach leaning into ambient/dungeon synth territories.
